Return & Refund Policy
At Infinity Expansion, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
● Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
● In its original packaging, when applicable
● Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
Please contact us before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to return your item.
Changed Your Mind?
If you ordered the correct item and simply changed your mind, no longer want the product, or ordered by mistake, you may request a return within the 30-day return period.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for these returns.
Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
We may ask you to provide photographs or a short video showing the product, packaging, damage, or defect so that we can evaluate the issue.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, we may offer an appropriate resolution such as:
● A replacement
● A refund
● Another resolution agreed upon with you
If we require the item to be returned because of an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claim, Infinity Expansion will provide or cover the appropriate return shipping.
In some cases, we may determine that returning the product is unnecessary.
Return Shipping
Do not return products to the address shown on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Some products may ship from different fulfillment locations. You must contact Infinity Expansion first to receive the correct return instructions.
Infinity Expansion is not responsible for products returned to an unauthorized address.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us so we can determine the appropriate replacement or other resolution.
For other situations, the simplest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order for the product you want.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet entered fulfillment may be canceled for a full refund.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. After delivery, an eligible order can be handled under our normal return policy.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package has not been delivered within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building staff, or the carrier when appropriate.
Contact us if you still cannot locate the package, and we will review the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return for health, hygiene, safety, customization, or other reasons. Any product-specific return restrictions will be disclosed where applicable.
Gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable.
Return Abuse and Fraud
Infinity Expansion reserves the right to decline a return or refund request when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, return abuse, product alteration, or a product being returned in a materially different condition than when it was delivered.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
